Because the federal government passed the Energy Improvement Act of 2008 (HR 1424, Division B),
which improved the tax incentives for renewable energy technologies, many of the web pages concerning
a project's economics needed to be updated. |

Because the federal government passed The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009
(H.R. 1: Div. B, Sec. 1122 for residential projects and Sec. 1103 for commercial projects),
which improved the tax incentives for renewable energy technologies, many of the web pages concerning
